Our system features McLanahan 6’ x 20’ horizonal screen and TCI Manufacturing’s Twin 36” x25’ Fine Material Washer.
Options include:
- Fully road portable and has an onboard 20hp gas hydraulic power unit to operate the hydraulic “run-on” style lifting legs for easy truck removal and setup.
- Hydraulic lifting slurry box to feed the screen (folds down during transport)
- Reversing cross conveyors
- Roll-away overs chute with blending gates
- McLanahan Triple Deck 6’ x 20’ Screen with 40HP, 1200 RPM motor
- TCI Manufacturing Twin 36″ x 25’ Sand Screws with 10HP, 1800 RPM motors.
- Customized spray bar system to insure proper cleaning
- Electric switchgear with 4) extra 20HP starters for your off-plant conveyors
- Custom walkway on three sides of the screen with diamond deck floor plate, handrails and ladder access from grade.
